Its advocates teach that the human mind has the facility to turn their wishes into reality. In other words, the facility Of Positive thinking refers to the facility of making and designing your own thoughts, which creates and focuses your energy into reality. To bring your good pre-decided creation into a good positive outcome, which you see as a benefit to yourself and for others in a positive manner.

Positive thinking maybe an attitude that admits into the mind thoughts, words, and pictures that are conducive to growth, expansion, and success. It is an attitude that expects good and favorable results. A positive thinking pattern brings happiness, joy, health, and your good desired outcome of every situation and action. Whatever the mind expects, it finds. This is a strong tool that everyone has, but many individuals aren’t aware of it.

Positive thinking includes:

  1. Our innate capability to supply desired outcomes with positive thoughts.
  2. Having belief in possibilities even when the facts seem to point otherwise.
  3. Making creative choices.
  4. Meeting problems head-on.

Core Concept of Positive Thinking.

Everything within the world of form is preceded by an idea. Thoughts aren’t within the world of form, form isn’t within the world of thought. But one actually precedes the opposite altogether cases. If one wishes or wants to attract form, then he/she must work with cause, and not with effect. Thought is the cause, form is the effect. And once we add the realm of thought, choosing a negative one or a positive one will influence the result.

Simply put, we sleep in a world of cause and effect i.e. for every cause there’s an impact and each effect has got to have a cause. Everything that happens during this world (form) is an impact, the cause being thoughts. These thoughts have the capability to affect and attract the whole universe, and each thought once generated and sent out becomes independent of the brain and mind and can live upon its own energy depending upon its intensity.

All of our feelings, beliefs, and knowledge are always supported by our internal thoughts and thinking patterns, both conscious and subconscious. We are on top of things, whether we all know it or not. We can be positive or negative, enthusiastic or dull and boring, active or passive. These attitudes mentioned above are maintained by the inner conversations we constantly have with ourselves, both consciously and subconsciously.

Mystics have long held that we do, in fact, we control our reality; not just the small things of our life, but everything. We have the ability to create our entire world by the way we expect ( In a good manner ). Thoughts are the causes and conditions are the effects. Our circumstances and conditions aren’t dictated by the planet outside; it’s the planet inside us that makes the surface. They have maintained that no matter our circumstances, everyone has the innate, Universe, or God-given ability to make or alter reality with the power of choosing, or alternatively, this is done by using the ability of positive thinking. They say that we aren’t here to suffer or to measure a lifetime of misery but rather, each conflict or problem that we confront is simply a chance to express our higher selves, to evolve, and to change the circumstances to our liking ( In a good manner ).

These concepts on the power of positive thinking, once restricted to the initiated few, came to light in the so-called New Age. countless trailblazers of the psychology industry who are working and worked as a psychologist, as well as others who have studied human behavior and human thought processes, expressed that the notion that reality is of our own making and selecting, no matter appearances to the contrary. The basic premise is that our past conditioning should be re-evaluated which we should always consciously determine the way during which we wish to measure. We should use the power of positive thinking to create things (reality) that are good for us and for others.
